Q:  I don't understand.  Why are you making us submit our forms this way?
A:  The Department of Labor has required by law that all forms be submitted in this format.  We know it is a little bit more difficult, but we are trying to make it as simple of a process as possible on your end.  Please take the time to read below for answers to questions you may have.  If you don't see your question, feel free to call us and we will be happy to answer.
Q:  The pictures are BLURRY.  How am I supposed to register when I cant read the instructions?
A:  The screen screen shots we provided came out a little blurry, but accompanying each picture is a caption that should be in large, bold font.  Try clicking through a few pages.  If you still don't understand the instructions, feel free to call us and we will be happy to walk you through the process.
Q:  I am still waiting on my confirmation email.  How long is it supposed to take to get to me?
A:  The confirmation email should take between 5 and 10 mins to arrive.  If you have been waiting for longer, I suggest following these steps to bypass that stage during registration...
 
1 - Go back to www.efast.dol.gov.
 
2 - Click "Login" on the lefthand side of the screen.
 
3 - Click "Forgot UserID". 
 
4 - You will be prompted for the answer to the challenge question you set up.
 
Since you haven't received a UserID yet, it will resume the registration process and give you your credentials.  Be sure to print your registration information for your records!
